1 – Initial enquiry via phone, email, social media or calling into our showroom.

2 – If you provide us with the approximate width and drop of each window, postcode and email address we will email you a guide price, after which we would make an appointment to measure, discuss specification and confirm prices for your requirements.

3 – If you don’t feel comfortable taking approximate measurements yourself, we would simply make the appointment to measure, discuss specification and quote for your requirements.

4 – Order – we request a 50% deposit to place your order which is confirmed in writing.

5 – Installation – we return approximately eight weeks later to complete professional installation of your shutters and request 50% balance payment.
